The difference between unemployment benefits retirement and unemployment benefits after retirement.

The government gives you two articles with two different headings, but both read the same. How is the normal person suppose to know the difference between unemployment benefits retirement and unemployment benefits after retirement? They both read the same with the only difference being the heading. Course, even after you read them your not sure of what they say. Why do they have to make things so confusing for the normal person? I read them and feel like a dummy because I don’t have a clue to what they say and to me, both articles read the same. Maybe one sentence is worded different, but I am not even sure about that. Does the government do it on purpose? If they do, then what is the purpose? If you are getting ready to retire, you need an attorney or someone read over these before you sign anything, if a signature is required. For all you know, you could be signing something and giving away your benefits. I often wonder who writes all the documents the government comes up with for people to sign. If you cant understand it, are you going to agree to it and sign it? I won’t, and thats for sure. If you get a document that reads unemployment benefits retirement and one that says unemployment benefits after retirement, what would you think? My Mother is getting ready to retire, with unempolyment benefits, and she is so confused. We went to the unemployment office and started asking questions, and no one could tell us any difference between the two documents. When your government officials cant understand it, then you know there is a problem somewhere. Course, since they cant answer your questions, then it makes you feel better and not feel so dumb about it.
