School Work, Pressure And Friends Helping Out
An examination coming up and a paper due next week, Sabrina is bummed. She has a lot of things on her plate and she has no clue as to where to get started. Sabrina does not really work well with pressure and she crumbles when put under such strenuous thoughts. Good thing Allison offered to help her out with the paper she needs to work on. The paper that is due the soonest is for her Econ class; their professor asked them to submit a written report with a minimum of 5 pages. The report will be a combination on topics that are both related to each other. To help Sabrina out with the task at hand, Allison offered to gather for the topic “unemployment benefits appeal” and compile them for her. Linda who is also aware of Sabrina’s dilemma offered to compile data related to “unemployment benefits with part time job”. They decided to work on the data gathering that afternoon and after dinner, they would give Sabrina the result of their research and she can come up with the draft that night. Sabrina cannot believe her ears, her housemates who all have their own tasks to attend to is actually offering to help her. If she only she had not procrastinated, she would have been done with this paper a long time ago. She made a promise then and there that she would not procrastinate ever again and would do all tasks as soon as possible. She finds it rather embarrassing that her friends are coming to her rescue; money matters she can understand but school work, its utterly embarrassing. Oh well … she need their help to be able to submit her paper on time.
